Office Manager

Permanent employee, Part-time · Amsterdam

Your mission
As an Office Manager at uButler, you will be functioning as an important link between the department leads and the actual office itself, in the center of Amsterdam.  As a result of recent expansion and significant growth at the office, we are currently looking for an Office Manager that is capable of providing the necessary services to keep the office running smoothly and undisturbed.
What you'll be doing
  • Be responsible for the administrative necessities at the office, these could range from managing weekly schedules to all the necessary office supplies. 
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing communication regarding the office, such as phone calls and incoming visits.
  • Working together with the People and Culture department to handle onboarding and offboarding of new employees. 
  • Working as the primary connection for everyone in the office, helping your employees maximize their potential.
  • Handling the facility management.
  • Managing and preparing meetings. 
  • Strategizing and realising weekly plans to keep the office running.
What we’re looking for
  • You are naturally organized and love to manage multiple tasks for different employees and the office. 
  • You can work for 20hrs a week.
  • You have inherently strong communication skills and are comfortable with reaching out to new people. 
  • You are ambitious, immensely excited about our service, and have an internal drive to contribute to the company’s success.
  • You fit in at a rapidly growing, largely informal, modern organization, and can handle a significant amount of responsibility.
  • You are a Native Dutch speaker and a fluent English speaker.
  • You live in Amsterdam or any surrounding area.
