Talent & Growth Manager

Your mission
As a Talent & Growth Manager at uButler, you will be responsible for the strategic development and structural growth of our Relocation Assistants. Our Relocation Assistants are the first point of contact to the Global Employees that use our service. Therefore, a balanced combination of people management and a clear vision of recruitment and development is expected for this position.  
What you'll be doing
  • Staying on top of the recruitment process by always keeping tabs on current, former, and future employees.
  • Optimizing the existing onboarding process of new Relocation Assistants.
  • Guarding the consistent internal flow of growth towards other positions in the company for young professionals.
  • Developing the employee growth and performance process.
  • Structurally managing and maintaining a constant working experience inherent to the vision and values of uButler.
  • Managing employee expectations by keeping the workspace transparent.
  • Organizing events.
  • Handling employee related business such as scheduling through acute illness or absence.
What we’re looking for
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience 
  • A desire to work with and manage a team of energetic, young employees
  • You are ambitious, immensely excited about our service, and have an internal drive to contribute to the company’s success.
  • You fit in at a rapidly growing, largely informal, modern organization, and handle a significant amount of responsibility
  • You are a Native Dutch speaker and a fluent English speaker
  • You live in Amsterdam or any surrounding area
